The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, a knack for sales, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions. Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, packages, and regulations. Follow up with clients before and after trips to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Handle booking processes including flights, hotels, and tour packages. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency. at least 2 - 3 years of experience in sales can also apply. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency is mandatory).
